Purpose: canonical public 404 recovery, route search, dead-link reporting, sitemap validation, redirect suggestions, and link-audit tooling for the PlatPhormNews web mesh.

Public access: recovery search, route suggestions, route inventory, dead-link report submission, link checks, sitemap validation, redirect previews, health, discovery files, RSS/feed, and read-only MCP introspection are public-safe in Phase 1.

Future protected auth: PLATPHORM_API_KEY only, accepted as Authorization: Bearer $PLATPHORM_API_KEY or X-PlatPhorm-API-Key when PLATPHORM_REQUIRE_API_KEY=true.
